Coaching for couples, individuals & careers
In every relationship, there's you, there's the other person, and there's the dynamic you create together. That dynamic has patterns, strengths, and a voice of its own.
All sessions are virtual
Different words, same argument.
The listening loop
You never actually listen to me.
Because you never say what you mean.
Here we go again.
Work vs. home
I'll be home by seven.
You said that yesterday.
Always on
Can you put the phone down?
One more Slack message, I promise.
That was an hour ago.
The mental load
Why am I the only one who notices what needs doing?
Just tell me and I'll do it.
Drifting
We're fine.
We're roommates.
Money
Can we talk about money?
(sigh) Not tonight.
These are examples of the patterns we can explore together.
69%
Most couples don't have hundreds of fights. They have the same handful, over and over, for years.
Research by Drs. John and Julie Gottman found that about 69% of relationship conflict is "perpetual": recurring issues rooted in differences that never fully go away. The goal isn't to make them disappear. It's to see the pattern clearly, get unstuck, and handle it in a way that keeps you close.

The approach
Most couples arrive as two voices arguing. Underneath is a third: the relationship itself, with its own fears, hopes and habits.
In relationship systems coaching, we pay attention to that shared space. Instead of deciding who's right, we get curious about what keeps happening between you, and what could change. You stop fighting each other and start working on it, together.
It's thoughtful work, but practical too. You leave every session with something to notice, discuss, or try at home. Change shows up in your week, not just on the call.
Not two sides to fix.
A relationship to understand.
Whether you're working through a relationship challenge or figuring out your next step at work, we'll clarify what matters and find a practical way forward.
For partners stuck in the same argument, drifting apart, or facing a big decision. Both of you, one relationship.

About
I've been coaching for more than a decade: speakers on the TEDx stage, technology teams, executives and whole organizations. In 2021 I brought that same systems lens to couples and individuals.
I'm ORSC-certified and an Accredited Enterprise Coach, and my years in AI, technology, and risk at major banks help me understand the pressures that demanding careers can bring into our relationships. My coaching is warm, candid, and grounded in what you can put into practice.
Each practice built on the one before it.
Certification earned while in that practice
All sessions are virtual, by secure video, so you can join from wherever you are.
For couples coaching, yes. If only one of you is ready, individual coaching can still focus on how you show up in the relationship.
It depends on your goals and what emerges in our work. We can discuss a useful starting point on the intro call and revisit the plan together.
I treat our conversations with care and discretion. We'll review confidentiality, its limits, and how shared information is handled before starting, especially when coaching two people together.
No pressure. Tell me what's going on, and we'll see whether coaching is the right fit for you.
I'll be in touch personally to set up your free 15-minute intro call.
